It is with great excitement and passion that Sandra Sherratt and her professional real estate team launch the new brand Gold Coast International Realty. 
After many successful years in the real estate industry – and an award-winning career whilst associated with other well known brands in recent years such as RE/MAX and Ray White – it was inevitable that the natural progression would be the establishment of a dynamic and international brand to embrace the future direction of Sandra Sherratt’s growth and development within the Gold Coast real estate market.
Having worked in a variety of different systems and brands during the past 12 years, Sandra Sherratt has been exposed to the very best methods, systems and technologies. By concentrating on the most efficient, productive and high performing strategies, she has created a unique brand, with exceptional service standards and a culture of honesty and integrity for both its Australian and international clients.
The new brand also brings together her family, as the new brand will align strongly with Sandra’s parents (who have a combined industry experience of over 60 years between them) and their real estate company Surfers International Realty based in Surfers Paradise. We intend to combine marketing efforts and exposure to enhance the opportunities for both our clients and will have dominance in the entire Gold Coast due to our geographical positioning to cover the real estate needs of the entire Gold Coast.
